This constitutes the Privacy Notice that in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice, must be generated by any individual or legal entity that the processing of personal data. When the circumstances of the case justify it, said terms may be extended only once and for an equal period.
